She was predeceased by : her parents, James "Jimmy" Adkins Jr. and Elaine Gillespie Adkins; and her sisters, Karen Adkins and Connie Vanhoose. She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Borders; her sons, Christopher (Keely Borders), Jason (Christine Borders) and Jonathan Borders of Dallas, GA.; her siblings, Jamie Adkins of Tennessee, Demeta Adkins, Shaey Adkins May and Polly Justice of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Cannon Cash Borders, Elam Walker Borders, Eleia Dyllan Borders, Romeo Jamel Gatica and Vensent Alexander Jerles.
