He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rhinehart; his children, Jason Rhinehart (Elaine) and Melinda Broussard; his grandson Miles Graeser; his great grandchild Isabella Lynn Grumbling; and his sisters, Ruth Dunn (Jerry) and Janice Mooney (Gene).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home & Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141).
