He is survived by: his wife Dianne Rackley; his children, Tim Rackley (Scarlett), Brian Rackley (Lori) and Milinda Gail Wright (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Kyndall Rackley, Keelyn "Georgie" Rackley, Kayden Rackley, Brianna Rackley, Watters Rackley, Austin Sprayberry (Breayna), Ayden Sprayberry, Autumn Helton (Grayson) and Shayla Walker (Jarett); his great grandchild Cade Helton; his siblings, Terry Rackley and Ann Harris; and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Chambers (Sheila) and Jerry Chambers (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
