He was predeceased by: his father Harold Cantrell (Christine Wright); and his brother Steve Cantrell. He is survived by: his fiancée Misty Osmer; his children, Samantha Staehly and Phillip Harold Cantrell, Jr.; his stepchildren, Breanna Wigley, William Wayne Brewer, Joshua Tibbitts, Kristin Osmer and Caleb Osmer; and his half-siblings, Rodney Campbell and Cornelia Ann Campbell. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
