It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ferris (Hiram, Georgia), born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Robert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillwyn Ferris and Catherine Ferris. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Ferris; his children, Deborah Anne Ferris and Robert Allen Ferris, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Julie Alfriend Ferris; and his grandchildren, Robert Allen Ferris, III and Kathryn Coleman Ferris.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) or the American Legion in Bob's name.
