He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Powell; his children, Steven Powell (Karen) and Stacie Adams (Kipp); his grandchildren, Jordan Powell and Justin Powell; and his siblings, Joyce Pritchett, Tom Powell (Lisa), Jim Powell (Linda) and Gina Isbell (Tommy).
