She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Bowen and Mary Ann French Bowen; and her brother Ed Bowen. She is survived by: her husband Dewayne Bell of Fernandina Beach; her son Jesse Bowen Dubberly of Glennville; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Quillin (Ralph) of Paris, KY and Steve Bell (Lee) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Frye Funeral Home (136 Satilla Ave, Nahunta, GA 31553). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pierce Chapel Cemetery (537 Palm St, Hoboken, GA 31542).
