He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwynneth Woodhouse Ware and Crawford Ware; and his siblings, Peter Woodhouse Ware of Carrollton, GA and Suzanna Ware O'Donnell of Cambridge, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret; his children, John R. Ware, II, Libby Ware Wunderlich of Memphis, TN and Emily Ware; and his brother David Anthony Mims Ware (Brad O'Hara) of Vancouver, BC.
