It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Arnold Powell of Hogansville, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Powell and Ann B. Nelms Powell; his son Jeremy Powell; and his brothers, Tommy Powell and Ronnie Powell.

He is survived by : his wife Sheila Dutton Powell; his son Shane Powell (Jessica); his brothers, James Powell (Jana) and Edmond Powell; his grandchildren, Milo Powell, Skyler, Landon and Taylor Powell; and also Tiffany. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
