She was predeceased by: her parents, Ventura Ortez and Maria Emperatriz Canales. She is survived by: her children, Ana Velazquez (Francisco), Rosa Bautista (Daniel) and Alex Vazquez; and her sister Martha Canales. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Myrtle Hill Cemetery (1100 E Main St, Hogansville, GA 30230).
