He is survived by: his wife Jane Higgins of Hogansville; his son Brian (Judy Higgins); his son-in-law Greg Fenda of Boynton Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Corey Higgins, Claire Higgins, Jack Fenda and Jared Fenda; and his sisters, Diane Golden of Newnan and Shelba (Tommy Webb).
