He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rowe and Nora Rentz Rowe; and his siblings, Archie Rowe and Patricia Ann Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Melton Rowe of Fruitland; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Chris Bennett of Fruitland; his son Billy C.; his daughter-in-law Amy Rowe of Stockton; his granddaughter Kelsey Rowe; his brother Jimmy; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Rowe of Daytona, FL, Barbara Melton Walker of Fruitland, Linda (Robert Hendley) of Fruitland, Acline, Robin Melton, Jr. of Haylow, Tim of Fruitland, Mahala Melton of Fruitland and Terry (Vicky Melton) of Fruitland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
