He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Franklin and Ada Ruth Williams Spradley; his grandson Justin Spradley; his great grandchild Blakely Addalynn Spradley; and his siblings, Oree Spradley and Eloise Yeomans.
He is survived by: his wife Nell Pittman Spradley; his sons, Tony Spradley (Cathy) of Homerville and Keith Spradley of Homerville; his grandchildren, Blake Spradley of Waycross, Brett Spradley (Brooke) of Homerville and Emily Spradley of Homerville; his great grandchildren, Bailey and Bexley Spradley; and his sister Betty Ruth White of Lake Park. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
