He was predeceased by : his father John David; and his sister Jeanette Humbers. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Hill Ballance; his children, Krystal Lemons (Brian) of Vincennes, Travis Jackson of Homerville, Darin Ballance of Kirkland, Tina Smith (Danny) of Pearson and Bryan Daniels (Nicole) of Norman Park, GA; his grandchildren, Baxter Jackson (Chelsea), Slater Jackson (Hannah), Storme Jackson (Hailey), Taylor Lamie (Michael), Patience Jackson, Teagan Harrelson, Blaine Jackson, Ella Jackson, Brayden Smith, Kasey Smith, McKade Ballance (Taylor), Brooke Mertz (Ryan), Abraham Daniels and Gabby Daniels; and his sister Minnie Nell Ledford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
