He is survived by: his wife Diane Snyder Worthington; his daughter Angela Worthington Blitch of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Eric, Devin, Ridge, Trent and Avonlea; his siblings, Joyce Shoemaker of Brunswick and Joseph; and his sister-in-law Ocie Worthington of Manor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
