She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoke Herrin and Cleo Corbitt Herrin; her daughter Lynn Whittington Baker; her grandson Michael Strickland; her sons-in-law, Steve Suggs and Joey Baker; her brothers, Hoke Herrin, Jr., Bruce (Joann Herrin) and Raymond Herrin; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Herrin and L. J. Briley.

She is survived by: her husband John Harper of Homerville; her children, Sissy Suggs of Homerville, Jimmy Harper of Homerville and Johnny (Renee Harper); her grandchildren, Nachelle Suggs of Homerville, Will (Ansley Suggs), Edward Harper of Nashville, Ben Harper of Arkansas and Bethany Hughes of Hazelhurst; her great grandchildren, Brady, Ashlynn, Alyssa, Ivey, Raylee, Layton, Rayce and Kilynn; her siblings, Johnny (Terry Herrin), Dwight Herrin of Blackshear, Jackie (Lester Cribbs) and Mildred Briley of Homerville; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Herrin of Abbeville, AL and Lounette Herrin of Homerville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
