It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherrie Logan Mikell of Homerville, Georgia, who passed away on December 24, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald H. Logan and Ruthaleen Corbitt Logan. She is survived by: her husband Tony Mikell of Homerville; her son Winston; her daughter-in-law Crystal Peterson of Homerville; her daughter Misty; her son-in-law David McQuaig of Homerville; her grandchildren, Austin Peterson, Emma Ryleigh Peterson, Maddey McQuaig, Cole McQuaig and Maeley McQuaig; her brother Al; her sister-in-law Carol Ann Logan of Valdosta; and her niece Jessica Lynn (Jordan Turman). She is also survived by several aunts, cousins, and close family members.
