Mow of Homerville; his siblings, Brenda (Doug Chee), Sharon (Brian Major) and Raymond; his sister-in-law Tina Mow of Los Angeles, CA.; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Chee, Brett Orren, Lance Chee, Corey Major, Justin Major and Kaylee Mow; his parents-in-law, Carlos and Bonnie Whitley of Homerville; his brother Gene; his sister-in-law Pilar Whitley; and his nieces and nephews, Carlos Joel of Richmond Hill, GA., Yolisis of Richmond Hill, GA. and AJ Whitley of Richmond Hill, GA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
