She was predeceased by: her husband Andy Middleton; her daughter Aleatha Jane Middleton; her parents, Dorothy June Lee and Robert Green; her stepfather Ira Lee; and her sister Mary Jane Lee.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Middleton (B. J.) of Hortense and Robert Middleton (Lynsi) of Hoboken; her grandchildren, Raelyn, Oaklyn and Karalina Middleton; her siblings, Peanut, Joey Lee and Christine Lee; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Stellato Lee and Eddie Middleton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
