He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Anderson Phillips, Jr. and Ollie Mae Phillips; his wife Karen Phillips; his daughter Kayla Joi Phillips; his siblings, Anthony (Chanel), Glenda Phillips and Geraldine of Washington; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Bobbie Jenkins. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
