He was predeceased by: his father Walter Harold Maddox; and his siblings, Timothy Maddox and Donna Wilkerson. He is survived by: his mother Lila Ruth Doster Maddox of Winder, Georgia.; his daughter Rayna Maddox Harrelson (Kyle) of Pendergrass, GA.; his stepdaughter Daphne DeLee of Winder, GA.; his grandchildren, Kristin Womack of Winder, GA, Britney Hanna (Keenan) of Winder, GA, Sidney DeLee of Winder, GA and Cheyanne DeLee of Winder, GA.; his great grandchildren, Evangeline Hanna, Micah Hanna and Paisley Kelly; and his siblings, Teresa Maddox of Gainesville, GA. and Hal Maddox (Cathy) of Winder, GA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
