She was predeceased by: her husband Charles T. Hall; her parents, Andrew "Andy" L. Burrell and Mamie Morris Burrell Cannon; her stepfather Wallace Cannon; her siblings, Hazel Bruce and Andy Burrell; and her stepsiblings, Evelyn Pack and Joe Cannon.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Glass (Larry) of Winder, Gary Hall (Gail) of Braselton, Carol Maddox of Hoschton and Gail Barksdale (Randolph) of Monroe; and her stepbrother Grady Cannon of Covington. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maddox-Carter Memorial (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at the Bethabra Baptist Church Cemetery (1054 Old Thompson Mill Rd, Hoschton, GA 30548).
