He was predeceased by: his parents, Eurskin Flanigan and Idean Buice Flanigan; his brothers, Woodrow Flanigan, Odell Flanigan and Randall Flanigan; his son Kenneth Ray Flanigan; and his nephew Timothy "Timmy" Massey.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Bentley Flanigan; his children, Sherrie, Dennis Houston, Michael and Jennifer Flanigan; his grandchild DJ Houston; his family, Dayna and Kerry Shaw; his siblings, Roy (Elaine Flanigan), Jerry (Ruth Flanigan), Junior (Sharon Flanigan), George P. (Isabel Flanigan) and Mary; his brother-in-law Tim Massey; his aunt Betty Buice; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Flanigan, Grace Bentley and Robbie Bentley; and also, Easton, Holland, River, Katie and Cody Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Harold Flanigan's memory to Cross Roads Baptist Church Building Fund, 1391 Braselton Highway, Lawrenceville GA 30043.
