It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Gasaway Fields of Hoschton, Georgia, born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Fleasha Gleeson Maddox; her daughter Nancy; and her sister Melvina. She is survived by: her husband John D. Fields; her daughter Ginger Buttrill (David); her grandchildren, Britton Buttrill (Luz Colpa) and Marianna Buttrill; her great grandchild Rowan Buttrill; her siblings, Martha and Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy, Mark, Bryan, Stephen, Danielle and Josh.
