She is survived by: her brothers, Henry, Malcolm and Michael Feather Sr.; her husband Jewell Henry Cates, Sr. of Hoschton; her children, Penny Johnson (Tony) of Royston, Jay Cates (Amy) of Jefferson, Jewellene Shumake of Snellville, Lee Cates (Tonya) of Jersey and Charlie Holcombe (Michael) of Hoschton; and her brothers, Arthur "Boy" Feather of Jefferson, Billy Feather (Wanda) of Charlotte and Chris Feather (Nikki) of Loganville.
