Nellie Thomas Obituary

Nellie Deaton Thomas, 90, of Hoschton, GA, died Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Funeral service will be held Monday, March 21, 2022 at 1 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Pastor Danny Newbern will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday, March 21, 2022 from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home. Nellie is survived by her children, Emory Dove, Anthony Dove, Charles Leroy Dove, and Joseph Miles Dove, all of Hoschton; grandchildren, Jon Dove, Chris Dove, Richard Dove, and Steven Dove; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Ester, Mildred, and Vangie. Nellie was born in Walhalla, SC and lived most of her life in the metro Atlanta area. She worked as a line mechanic with Boyle Midway and was of the Baptist faith.
