She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Duncan and Bethel Cronic Duncan; her daughter Tonya Ruth Mitchell; and her siblings, Roselyn Duncan Turner (Pat Turner), Cecil Duncan (Linda Duncan), Frank (Helen Duncan) and Nolan Duncan.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Mitchell of Monroe, GA and Jason Mitchell of Hoschton; her grandchildren, Vivian Mitchell and Emmett Mitchell; and her sister Betty Duncan Graves of Cumming, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sardis Methodist Church Cemetery (2662 Thompson Mill Rd, Buford, GA 30519).
