He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Fowler and Julia H. "Maggie" Hester Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Goddard Fowler of Hoschton; his children, Elijah Christopher Fowler of Hoschton, Holly Rene'Williams (Zachary) of Bethlehem and Kayla Connie Hightower (Derek) of Pendergrass; his grandchildren, Ethan Whitt, Alyssa Williams, Jordyn Williams, Anthony Birman, Addyson Hightower and Hannah Hightower; and his mother-in-law Constance McCurley of Jefferson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
