She was predeceased by: her parents, Giles A. Hart (Guy) and Hilda Thompson Hart; her husband John "Rufus" McElroy; her sister Betty Linkhart of Katy, TX; her daughter Terri Peck Morgan; her children-in-law, Rick Morgan and Patricia Peck; and her son Ricky McElroy.
She is survived by: her children, Max Peck (Lynn) of Hull, Chris Peck (Anita) of Colbert, Mike McElroy (Diane) of Hull and Linda Birt (Stoney) of Bogart; her brother Jimmy "Butch" Hart (Hazel) of Danielsville; and her grandchildren, Leandra Roberts (Kyle), Audrey Peck, Seth Peck, Callie Collins (Devin), Christie Haynes (Brian), Danielle Denison (Jacob), Stone Birt (Chelsey), Michael McElroy (Daylin), LaVelle Parten (TJ), Renee King and Sarah Smith (Taylor). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
