He is survived by : his wife Judy Ramsey Parr; his son Shain Parr (Christie); his siblings, Bonnie Sue Whisenant, David Parr, Lewis Parr and Dorothy Casey; and his daughters-in-law, Mandy Parr and Patricia Knox. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
