It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lennard Day of Ideal, Georgia, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lennard Day to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father George Day; his wife Lillian Bartlett Day; and his siblings, Leila West, J. D. Day, David Day, Ophelia McCluney, Mary Mixon, Horace Day, Susie Mae Day, Junior Day, Brenda Kay Law and Dennard Day.

He is survived by : his children, Earl W. Gentry (Laura) of Markleville and Julie Day (Nigel) of Oglethorpe, GA; and his grandchildren, Casey Day, Jessica Gentry, Jeremy Gentry, Tonia Baxter, Jamie Frederick and Hanna Law. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
