He was predeceased by : his parents, George Cox and Laverne Shepard Cox. He is survived by : his wife Sarah Cox of Ideal; his children, Wayne Cox, Jr. (Leah) of Ideal, Heather Kirksey (Duran) of Buena Vista and Holly Hale (Alvin) of Rupert; and his siblings, Thomas Cox (Rosa) of Ellington, FL and Rita Terry (Bob) of Thomaston. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
