She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Pat" Paul and Julia Johnson Paul of Carlton, Georgia.. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Gunnells; her children, Julie Gunnells Ledford (Adam) and J. J. Gunnells (Trista); her granddaughters, Brooklyn Gunnells, Elle Ledford and Nora Gunnells; and her sister Delphine Paul Kay. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
