He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wesley Cook and Alberta Barham Cook; his former wife Jeanette Bunch Cook; his grandchildren, Jenny Cook and Zachary Johnson; his son-in-law Ray Berryhill; and his siblings, Sara Kelly, Ruby Norwood, Doris Smith, James Cook and Howell Cook (Nub).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra McLees Cook; his children, Bobby Cook, Chris Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Randy (Delain Cook), Brad (Lisa Johnson) and Donna Cook Berryhill of Jackson; his brothers, Maurice Cook (Coot) and William Cook (Bubba); and his pet Bo. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38015.
