She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Moore; her parents, Clarence Smith and Rebecca Smith; and her brother Adam Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jody (Tina Brooks), Johnnie (Angel Moore), Melanie (Larry Worley), Crissie (Kevin Tanner) and Laura (Jamie Brown); and her brother Chris Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
