It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Torbush of Jackson, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Buck" Ellard and Irene Ellard; and her daughter Valerie. She is survived by: her children, Tracy, Rebecca and Stephen (Dawn); and her grandchildren, AJ, Bubba, Victoria, Stephanie, Chris, Doug, Bethany, Stephen Jr., Cassie and Cory. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
