She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hugo Bergquist and Frances Ward Bergquist. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Nelms, Butch Nelms (Tonya) and Robert Nelms; her grandchildren, Sheldon Nelms (Ashleigh), Morgan Williams (Austin), Dawson Carreker and Chambers of Utah; her great grandchildren, Levi, Nora Nelms, Emy, Charleigh and Baker Williams; her sister Norma Bishop; and her niece Carol Erwin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
