He is survived by: his wife Brandi Foskey Lowe; his parents, Ronnie Lowe and Teresa Lowe; his siblings, Rhonda Gulley (Russell) and Ben Lowe; his sister-in-law Sandi Waddell (Keith) of Thomaston, Georgia; his parents-in-law, Teddy and Gail Holton; his siblings-in-law, Scott Richardson (Crissy) and Rena Hackle of Soperton, Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Logan Gulley (Bri), Brooks Gulley, Cason Waddell, Jackson Richardson, Wyatt Lowe, Ashley Bryson (Bailey), Jadyn Richardson, Abbi Lowe and Calleigh Waddell. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members, and friends.
