He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Ray Foster, Sr. and Nell Foster; his wife Sherry Foster; his son Franklin Ray Foster III; and his brother Lewis Leon "Lee" Foster.
He is survived by: his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Tonya Foster; his grandchildren, Gregory Foster, Tierra Howell and Johnte Garner; and his nephew Jonathan Foster. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014).
