He was predeceased by: his parents, Equilla Lewis (Lewis) and Elsie Mae Hyde Lewis; and his daughter Paula Annette Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Betty Samples Lewis; his sons, Rich (Angie Lewis) and Michael (Lisa Lewis); his grandchildren, Brannon Brooks, Walt Lewis, Lane Lewis, Morgan Collins, Jake Lewis and Rylee Lewis; his brother Barry (Connie Lewis); and his cousin Beth Young. He is also survived by several other cousins; nieces & nephews.
The family suggest, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to: Towaliga Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, C/O Rod Mangham, 667 Lee Maddox Road, Jackson, GA 30233 in memory of Mr. Allen Lewis.
