He is survived by : his father Carl Frazier; his wife Tammi Frazier; his children, Sarah Riehle (David), Jessica Andrews, Charlie Simpson (Amanda) and Alana Brady (Otis); and his siblings, Eddie Frazier, Tina Watson, Carol Holloway and Susan Dilliard. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
