He is survived by: his wife Cindy Boone; his daughters, Kelly Boone Farmer (James) of Acworth, Stephanie Boone Jackson (Ron) of Perry and Samantha Boone of Jacksonville, FL; and his siblings, Jim Boone (Susan) of Jacksonville, Eloise Taylor of Donalsonville, Tom Boone (Kam) of Milan, Linda Lee (Reggie) of Diamondhead, MS and Janice Hilliard (Rocky) of Rhine.
