He is survived by : his wife Charlotte K. Bland of Jacksonville; his mother Dorothy A. Bland of Jacksonville; his daughter Julie Renee Bland of Kennesaw; his stepchildren, Pamela Jernigan of Atlanta and David M. Reeves of Jacksonville; and his brother Roy A. Bland of Douglas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
