Phillip Kirkland (Rhonda); her siblings, Margie McKenzie, Lowell Halstead, Earl Halstead (Mariann) and Judy Blow; her grandchildren, Drew Kirkland, David Kirkland, Kyle Kirkland, Chris Kirkland (Jessica), Aubry Moody, Renee Tinsley and Vonnie Tinsley (Ashley); and her nieces and nephews, Amy Hall (Doug), Wes McKenzie (Susan), Christopher Blow and Jennifer Halstead. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, one great- great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home (909 S Tennille Ave, Donalsonville, GA 39845). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Attapulgus City Cemetery.
