She is survived by: her children, Regina Osborne (Bobby), Daniel Moncrief, Jeff Garland (Angela), Greg Garland, Scott Garland (Teresa), Robert Hooper (Lacey) and Lori Jones; and her sister Mildred Grogan. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
