She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Wylene Ragsdale; her grandfather Roy Conway; her great-grandparent Charles Ragsdale; and her uncle Chris Conway. She is survived by: her husband Justin Michael Moore; her parents, Kim Sams and Brandon Sams; and her grandmother Terry Conway.
