He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Michael Addison and Melony Chris Steed Addison; his wife Sonya Addison; his children, Jacob Holden (Danielle), Damond Addison, Cannan Addison, Jesse Addison, Corban Addison, Candace Chumley (Matt) and Kristen Addison; his sister Megan Boling; and his grandchildren, Lawson Chumley, Rylan Holden, Weston Holden, Charlie Holden, Breelyn Chumley, Ezra Holden and Negam Addison.
