He is survived by: his daughter Judy; his son-in-law Danny Buckner; his children, Janice Blackwell, Darlene McBee, Terry Howard, Adam Howard and Timmy Howard; his siblings, Billy Howard, Jennie Howard and Joann; and his brother-in-law Larry Hayes. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to help the family with funeral expenses.
