He was predeceased by: his mother Donnie Holbert. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Dowda and Angie; his son-in-law Kenneth Biddy; his grandchildren, Bradley (Brennan Biddy), Clay Biddy and Emily Dowda; and his sister Deborah McKinney. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
