He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoy Stanfield and Bobbie Stanfield; and his daughter April Stanfield. He is survived by: his wife Judy E. Stanfield; his children, Ted Stanfield (Charlotte) and Dana Wright (Jonathan); his stepdaughters, Tammy Smith (Mike) and Tonya Lang (Jeff); his grandsons, Luke Wright, Phillip Smith (Samantha) and Mason Lang; his great grandchild Jason Smith; his sisters, Carol Miller (Skip) and Gail Stanfield; his siblings-in-law, Vickie Turner and Wayne Phillips; his grandson Jason; his nephew Roger Clark; and his caregivers, Marissa, Taylor, Debbie and Gail. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
